I captured this image in Woodbridge, California some years back. There is something so peaceful about a bird quietly sitting on the edge of bench. I feel sometimes we allow ourselves to become so wrapped up in our world that we miss the incredible peace nature offers us. Take a moment and look out your window.. trees, birds, nature is calling you to enjoy the moment.

Oh thank you, Karen! I hope someday to take images of birds as well as you do. This one was too far off for me to get the complete details, so I went for texture and also did a little painting on it as well.
