Back in the 70s, Canby, Oregon was the quinessential Spring experience. The soft hills rolled with flowers of every color. It was the most glorious sight announcing Spring had arrived. Those images are imprinted into my memory. This painting reflects that beauty and my love of mountains and the secrets that canyons hold. The river runs deep in the ridge bordered by trees or flowers. You travel miles into a space where the mind weaves dreams of peace and fun. I hope you enjoy this piece and it evokes memories or dreams that activate joy and peace in your life.
