Triptych Development of Star Gazing Lily a mixed media painting by Michele Avanti
This one is quite complicated and difficult to capture in just three. The first image you see is multi-layered composition of photographs creating a background for the Star Gazer Lily.
The second image is an acrylic painting created from an original composite star gazer lily set of photographs that I took. It is a 16x20 acrylic I sold in 2014 but scanned to use in other ways.
The third is the outcome of putting a multitude of composites together from the previous two.
